Just fabulous

I already had a women’s thermarest pad and a sheet cover for it. Then, the piece de resistance, the Ventra Down Comforter that snaps onto the sheet.
I have just come back from a two week camping/road trip and employed the Ventra all the time. I have always hated sleeping bags because they are either too tight or too long or too creepy, but this Ventra is so cute and lovable and WARM that, well, my collaborator has to have one, too. We took to calling it “The Cloud” because of how weightless it feels. Sleeping in the cloud. Perfectly heavenly.

toasty warm

I love this blanket. I’ve applied it a few times camping and a few times indoors when the temp drops. I’ve used it camping with a child on a double sleeping pad and this covered both of us with room to spare. We both slept warm. I love the blanket idea vs the sleeping bag because my daughter is a wiggle worm when she sleeps.

Love it!

My husband, who is a outdoorsman, decisive this would be a great Christmas gift for me. I tend to get cold riding and sleeping. I was skeptical to say the least, thinking this was a lot of cash to spend for cover. I changed my mind. I am guessing this would work great outdoors, but can’t in truth say. I had surgery right before Christmas and have loved the ease and weight of this. It has been perfective to throw on my side of the bed and to cover up with in my recliner while recuperating. I am happy to say I am much better and hope to in truth try this product camping. PS. My husband decisive he wanted one too!

I was worried but this blanket rocks.

I wanted a nice down comforter for a while and decisive to scoop one up before this years winter, where my loft gets cold when the temp drops to negative 40(interior Alaska). After reading galore of the reviews in regards to a wide potpourri of real down comforters, I noticed that all seemed to complain with regards to leaking feathers and whatnot so i decisive possibly an substitute might be the ticket.
when i saw the symphony of good reviews on this product and it is great price + super saver shipping i ordered it. Shopping around town for a duvet cover I came throughout a down substitute blanket which felt not one thing like the real down blanket next to it. I was bummed and wondered why i had order a down substitute so halfheartedly and questioned what i would do with it when i came; if I’d even open the box. When i did come i checked it out and was stoked at how DOWN-LIKE THIS DUVET INSERT REALLY FEELS. I’m not a connoisseur or anything, but I could barley tell the difference. Unlike the other down number of things from which only one can be chosen i had come across.
It’s warm, not ridiculously thick but thick, and comes out of the spaciously packed box already fluffy.

Soft and not pokey!

I just got this in the mail. Not only did it come earlier than the estimate ship date, it came not compacted into a brick but in a nice big box so I didn’t have to puff it up with a few beatings. I almost squealed when I in the long run put it into my new cute duvet cover… it’s perfect. Soft and fluffy, doesn’t smell weird like down does, and it doesn’t have feathers to fluff around my (small) dorm room. I can’t wait for it to get cold outside, this is going to be my haven after studying on those ridiculously chilly nights. I’ve had a feather duvet insert from Calvin Klein, and they’re almost identical in comfort, minus the crazy feathers. So excited!

You can’t beat the value on this comforter. Unlike a heap of of the other reviewers I did not find this comforter to be overly warm and I tend to prefer it a little cooler at night than most. It is comparable to other all-season comforters I’ve tried in the past.

Best comforter I ever bought!

I have owned galore some comforters over the years and this is by far the best. The former one I was using felt too heavy and was way too hot except for the coldest of winter nights. The current one I was using was way too thin and the down clumped in the middle and left the perimeters bare (it was an pricey one purchased at a high-end well-known division store too); I returned it after 6 months since it had a 4 year warranty and interchanged it for another one which supposedly was stitched thru to prevent the down from shifting. Wrong advertising, returned to division store again! After reading the reviews on this one, worth a try since my choices were so limited. Extremely happy: it is plush sufficient to give that “comfy” sentiment but not so heavy as to weight you down. The covering material has the feel of silk; the pattern is gorgeous. Most importantly, NO shifting of down whatsoever, so it is advertised correctly. And also importantly, if it has to be machine washed, it may be. The price also beats sales at high-end division stores. If I had another bed to buy for, I’d buy another one.

Fantastic Value

I expended a outstanding deal of time looking for a good quality comforter. As such, I read a lot of reviews. While a good deal of were more or less helpful, none of them in truth helped me zero in on whether or not this peculiar comforter would suit the needs of my wife and I. How warm is your room when you turn in for the night? Do you in general run hot or cold as a general rule? Are people reviewing this w/ other blankets involved? What precisely is WARM? So, I will address a few points that might support the rest of you out because for the life of me I couldn’t find a review that laid out the indispensable pieces.

A. Temperature – we go to sleep at 65 degrees F. Our thermostats roll back at 7pm so I am rather comfortable saying it is genuinely 65 degrees when we go to bed.

B. Personal predilections for warmth – my wife is almost always cold. I am closely always hot. During the night, we flip flop. I cool down and become comfortable, she warms up and starts to sweat.

C. We only sleep w/ this comforter and a sheet. Haven’t purchased a douvet (sp?) yet.

This comforter is fantastic. We are kept comfortably warm all night, neither too hot nor too cold. Our temperatures remained stable through the evening into morning. Its a pleasure to go to sleep beneath one of these.

As cited in other reviews, it is filled very evenly, lofts nicely when out of the box, and the comforter material is very soft.

Very happy we purchased this item – would not hesitate to commend to a friend or family member.

Pinzon Pyrenees Down Comforter (mediium wight)

Even though listed as medium weight, the comforter is light. It has provided splendid warmth for the duration of a lot of of the coldest nighrs this winter.
We had been using two and even three blankets before receiving this one. We have retired the others–the Pinzon alone provides all the warmth we need. This is a first-rate product and I highly commend it.

couldn’t be more happy with this set or say sufficient good things with regards to it

The fabric on the undersurface of the comforter is so soft and the comforter is so fluffy. Feels like sleeping underneath a cloud, very warm. Not cheap fabric at all. The design on it is not just printed on the comforter but is a suede like fabric raised somewhat to the touch on top of silky like material giving it an graceful costly look and feel. The fabric is also stain immune it seems. I have dropped feed in it when eating in bed various times and it just wipes off so easily, so those who fear having white because of children or it staining without apparent effort does not need to worry with regards to that with this set. The person who said it is more of a cream than white is hallucinating. It is not blinding white but it IS a nice soft white. my whole bedroom is black and white with white trim and shiny white bedside tables and it matches perfectly. Only thing I am missing are the curtains and I plan on ordering them as soon as they get them back in stock. This set is genuinely worth the cost and after getting it and sleeping beneath it for two weeks now, I am even more impressed with how cheap it sells for. I would happily pay more knowing what I now know regarding it.
I have received so some compliments on it since purchasing it and my mother liked the look and feel of it so much she just buy the set for herself. Highly commend this product.

Amazing set!!!

this set is perfectly beautiful…… I can’t believe what I received for the price. I highly recommend. If anybody is cautious on ordering due to the reviews that says it is yellow I’ll explain better, I was frighted to order because I wanted it to be white & black but took a chance because of the awful price. Well, I was pleased to discover it is a bright shiny white, which looks awful with the black printed design, the yellow color persons are describing is beneath the printed side, it is a creamy soft texture, the part on your skin when you sleep and is never seen and very soft and comfortable when you sleep. Hope this helps……

I received my bedding today. I have been looking for bedding for when it comes to three months now, this is by far the most inexpensive and nicest of all that I have been mesmerized in. The price is awful and so is the quality of the comforter. The 7 piece comforter set includes, three accent pillows, a bed skirt, two pillow shams and the Comforter. Very happy with this buy!!!!!

You get what you recompense for

The name of this product is very misleading: it holds only 5% down. It is likewise noisy–the lining makes a comparatively deafening crinkling sound like plastic. This may still go away, I have no idea. Other reviewers report feathers sticking out and poking persons after just a few weeks. But it costs 1/10 what a nice down comforter does…so…you get what you pay for. To it is credit, it is warm, has nice loft, and is light.

They have changed it!

I ordered one of these last year around Christmas and was very happy with the quality. So much so that I ordered two more this year for my children. The comforter I received this year is not one thing like the one last year. It is precisely like the posts that describe it as sewn together sheets with feathers poking out of it! You may feel the plucked feathers everywhere! Yuck! The one from last year is soft, with fine down and not a feather poking anywhere. It is sad that there is such inconsistency in the product.

Heavenly Beds on a Budget

This company, Natural Comfort has to be the best held mystery out there. Whoever you are… BLESS YOU! I love your stuff, loves it! I have to compare this to the overprice Pacific Coast Feather Co. I used to buy their products, but not anymore as long as this one is affordable. This company in truth uses GOOSE FEATHER DOWN. A big divergence from “feather filled”. Down merchandise ought to be made of goose or duck down and is a soft tame under feather that looks like a matured dandelion head flying in the breeze. Down feathers are applied by the birds is employed for bird nesting and insulation for birds to stay warm for the duration of cold seasons that’s why it is such a great product for bedding. Feather filled may be made of some types of fowl feathers… particulary chicken, wild game, turkey or goose from mercantile farms and are hard and pointy. Feather filled productions will tend to poke out of fabric or feel “hard” underneath your touch. With this comforter, you get not one thing like it. You may tell it is real goose down and if you hold it up to the light, you may see the down under the fabric. Yeah, perhaps the pockets are not filled completely, but you don’t need it to be. It was reasonably well made but the buttons used for decoration on the pillow shams and the duvet cover did not add much to the appeal, and one button fell of the firstborn night it was used. Never made it to the bed.. Buttons fell off on inital wash

I got this for a Christmas gift for my brother.. He put it in the wash before putting it on bed (due to his allergies). And buttons fell off without delay with lots of lose threads about. He did not feel the item would hold up after this so I am returning. The texture of fabric and color was nevertheless just want he wanted. He’s disappointed but we keep looking for the right duvet.

WARM even in Chicago winter

Needed a new quilt/comforter, and we keep the house at 58 at night–so I wanted a warm one that didn’t cost the world or a mortgage payment. THIS one was brought up as being VERY warm (and allergy immune since for allergy reasons I cannot do down). IT IS. Bravo. Though it doesn’t look heavy and isn’t to sleep under, had to turn the heat in the waterbed down to a lower temperature (good for the winter heating bills). Fabulous item for it’s price.

Well made, very warm

I chose this to fit a queen-size platform storage bed because I didn’t want the sides to overhang underneath the drawers. It is VERY warm, but not too heavy. Excellant loft. Baffel boxes keep filling from shifting.

Very warm, very puffy, very clean and soft

Did my homework before buying this, had some worries when it comes to non-down but this is very very nice. You will still want an all-cotton duvet cover. Good for humans who need a Siberian down type comforter but have money, allergy or pet issues. Me, I like down, but I have a rescue pup with a nervous bladder, and there is NOTHING I may do if the sirens drive by or the alarm goes off. SO….down did not launder well and I don’t want to sleep with or compensate for all that dry-cleaning solvent…..
